I've been trying to do squats, but my knees have been hurting. I'm afraid to do too many nowadays. Maybe it's my posture? What would you suggest? Love your blog :-)
It could be your form. I recommend going on youtube or something and watching a video on proper squat form. Just like any other exercise, you can really hurt yourself if you do them wrong and we definitely would want that!
