I’m a 20 year old, female college student from southern California. Throughout my whole life I have been unhappy with my appearance, but I never had the motivation to do anything about it. In january of 2011, however, I decided to make a change. I got a gym membership and started exercising regularly. Over the last year I have lost almost 20 pounds. I am starting to feel good about the way I look, but I am not completely satisfied yet. I will get there soon though.

* I would like to point out that I am trying to lose weight AND be healthy! I do not EVER starve myself and I try not to skip meals. I will not answer any questions about starving, purging, etc. I have simply cut back on the junk I use to eat and have started exercising more (:
